In this regard we would like to inform you that upon completion of said investments: a. KSSL has issued and allotted 24,00,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each at par by way of rights issue to the Company against the total investment of Rs. 2,40,00,00,000; and b. AEL has issued and allotted 16,30,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each at par by way of rights issue to KSSL against the total investment of Rs. 1,63,00,00,000. The aforesaid allotments have taken place on October 30, 2026. Kindly take the same on record.
