The Company has preferred the Appeal against the order of DCIT dated : 01/06/2019 for a demand of Rs.11,09,052/-. The Company’s application for appeal is allowed. The said order is expected to have a favourable impact on the Company's financial position, subject to the consequential effect and implementation of the order by the Income Tax Department.
