Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing
Regulations”), this is to inform that Shri Sunil Agrawal, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel,
Life Insurance Corporation of India (“the Corporation”) vide letter dated June 24, 2026, has resigned to pursue
better prospects.
His resignation will be effective from the close of business hours of July 14, 2026 when he would cease to be Chief
Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Corporation.
The Corporation places on record its sincere appreciation for his valuable contributions during his tenure and wishes
him the very best in his future endeavours.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulation read with circular issued thereunder, from
time to time is enclosed as Annexure – I and letter of resignation received from Shri Sunil Agrawal is enclosed
herewith as Annexure – II.
