Trading Window

Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated/Connected Persons and their immediate relatives. This measure, effective from July 1st, 2026, will continue until two days after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30th, 2026. The closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ensuring no insider trading occurs before the financial results are made public.
