The said guarantee shall be continuing, irrevocable and unconditional in nature, and the liability of the Company, as guarantor, shall be co-extensive with that of the Borrower, subject to the aggregate outstanding amounts due and payable under the facility documents. The guarantee shall be capable of invocation by the Lender upon the occurrence of an event of default under the facility documents and shall remain valid and subsisting until the full repayment, discharge and satisfaction of all obligations, liabilities and amounts outstanding thereunder. 4. Impact of such guarantees or There is no immediate impact on the Company, except to the indemnity or surety on listed extent of the amount for which the corporate guarantee has entity been provided, in the event Mumbai Eco is unable to meet its repayment obligations to the Lender. The Corporate Guarantee constitutes a contingent liability for the Company.
