The aforesaid dividend, if approved at the 45th AGM, will be paid to the Shareholders holding equity shares of the Company in electronic mode only, as on record date fixed for determining eligibility of Shareholders to receive such dividend. As per the Income Tax Act, 2025, dividends paid or distributed by a Company shall be taxable in the hands of the Shareholders.
