For the second quarter (July 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026) • Revenue was INR 20.3 billion, against INR 15.4 billion in Quarter Ended Sep 2025, up 32% YoY • EBITDA was at INR 5.5 billion (27.1%), against INR 4.0 billion (25.8%) in Quarter Ended Sep 2025, up 39% YoY • Profit After Tax was at INR 4.3 billion (21.3%), against INR 3.0 billion (19.5%) in Quarter Ended Sep 2025, up 44% YoY • Order bookings were INR 24.4 billion, against INR 16.1 billion in Quarter Ended Sep 2025, up by 52% YoY Key Wins in second quarter (July 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026) • Secured order for supply of 400 kV Generator Transformers and 420 kV GIS package for a major 1,500 MW pumped storage hydro project in the state of Maharashtra. • Secured order for supply of 800 kV and 420 kV GIS packages for a transmission project in the state of Andhra Pradesh. • Secured order for supply of 400 kV Reactors and 420/220 kV GIS package for a TBCB transmission project in the state of Himachal Pradesh. • Secured order for supply of 765 kV shunt reactors (110 MVAR & 80 MVAR) for a TBCB transmission project in state of Andhra Pradesh. • Secured multiple orders for export of AIS/GIS equipment to North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa. • Secured multiple orders for supply of Grid Automation packages from state utilities, EPCs for transmission and data center projects. Operational Highlights of Q2, Financial Year 2026-27 • Successfully commissioned 400 kV GIS bays along with power transformer for NEA Barhabise Site in Nepal. • Successfully commissioned 400 kV GIS and 220 kV AIS bays for GETCO at Babarzar in Gujarat. • Successfully commissioned 765 kV ICTs and shunt reactors at Powergrid Dausa, Khavda, Bidar sites. • Successfully commissioned 765 kV Generator Transformer at NUPPL (Neyveli Uttar Pradesh Power Limited) Ghatampur site. • Successfully commissioned SCADA Supported Advanced Distribution Control Center for the Western Province of Ceylon Electricity Board.
