Further, Mrs. Radha Chotalia has confirmed that there are no material reasons for her resignation other than those stated in her resignation letter (enclosed herewith). 3. Reconstitution of the Audit Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company Consequent to the resignation of Mrs. Radha Chotalia and appointment of Mrs. Swapna Mahendra Sawant, the Board has reconstituted the Audit Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company.
