The visit to the Company’s manufacturing facility located at Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh, India, is scheduled to be held on Monday, November 30, 2026. This initiative has been undertaken by the management in response to requests received from shareholders and is aimed at providing them with an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the Company’s operations and manufacturing processes. A communication in this regard, informing the shareholders about the Plant Visit and inviting them to confirm their interest in participating, is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A. Please note that the schedule of the plant visit is subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstances or exigencies on the part of the Company. All participants are required to carry a valid photo identification document (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card) on the day of the visit. 3. The Company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Plant Visit due to any unforeseen circumstances or exigencies Other Terms & Conditions: 1. Limited Participation: Due to capacity constraints, only a limited number of shareholders will be allowed to participate. Selection will be based on registrations received within the stipulated timeline. No accompanying guests, relatives, or acquaintances will be permitted. The Company’s decision regarding selection shall be final and binding. 2. Safety Compliance a) All participants are required to follow safety instructions provided by the Company officials during the visit. b) Photography/ videography is strictly prohibited in the Plant premises. c) Wearing safety shoes is mandatory for entry into the factory and at all times during the visit, in order to ensure proper safety and to avoid any accidents. d) Do not touch any machines, moving parts, or conveyors and also maintain a safe distance from all the machineries and product lines. e) Participants must remain within designated tour areas and refrain from moving outside these zones. 3. Eligibility: a) Only one shareholder per folio (in case of joint shareholders) will be eligible. b) The right to participate cannot be transferred or renounced in favour of any other person. c) Infants and children are not allowed. 4. Expenses: a) The Company will not reimburse any expenses incurred by shareholders. b) However, transportation will be arranged from the Corporate Office, Noida to the plant and back. 5. Personal Belongings: a) The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the premises or left unattended.
