The information reported to the Chief Operating Decision Maker (CODM) for the purposes of resource allocation and assessment of performance focuses on this single operating segment. Accordingly, the amounts appearing in the Financial Statements relate to this single operating segment, and separate segment disclosure is not applicable. 2.
