Scrip Symbol: UTIAMC Scrip Code / Symbol: 543238 / UTIAMC Sub: Intimation of the record date and book closure for the payment of final dividend Dear Sir / Madam, Intimation of Record Date: For ascertaining the shareholders who will be eligible to receive the payment of final dividend, subject to shareholder’s approval, the record date will be Tuesday, 14th July, 2026. The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be remitted within the applicable regulatory timelines after the Annual General Meeting. Intimation of Book Closure: The Board of Directors of the Company had, in its meeting held on Thursday, the 23rd April, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹40/- per equity share (400% of face value of ₹10 each) for the FY 2025-26, subject to the approval of the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting. In terms of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, the 15th July, 2026 to Tuesday, the 21st July, 2026 (both days inclusive) for determining the entitlement of the final dividend to the members. The final dividend shall be paid, subject to the approval of members at the 23rd AGM, to those members: a. whose name appears in the list of beneficial owners, to be furnished by the Depositories in respect of the equity shares held in electronic form, as at the end of business hours on Tuesday, the 14th July, 2026; and b. whose name appears as members in the Company’s register of members maintained by the Registrar to an issue and Share Transfer Agent of the Company as on Tuesday, the 14th July, 2026.
