Dear Sir / Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that Man Industries (India) Limited (“the
Company”) and National Pipe Company Limited (“NPC”), step-down subsidiary of the Company
situated in Saudi Arabia have received new orders of approx. Rs.300 Crores (Rupees Three Hundred
Crores only) and approx. Rs.700 Crores (Rupees Seven Hundred Crores only) respectively. These
orders are expected to be delivered within 6 - 9 months.
Accordingly, the Company's consolidated unexecuted order book stands at approx. Rs.4,100 crores.
These orders reflect the robust business environment and showcase the trust of the customers they
have in the technological and executional capabilities of MIIL and NPC.
Further, the detailed disclosure is enclosed in “Annexure – A” as required under Regulation 30 read
with Schedule III – Para B (4) of Part A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated
July 13, 2023 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December
31, 2024.
