In continuation to our earlier communication dated May 08, 2026 regarding the warehouse facility and capacity addition, pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Company has commenced the commercial operations now at its warehouse situated at Mauje Sarade, Taluka Uran, District Raigad, Maharashtra. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Clause 3 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI circular no. SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 have already been submitted vide our earlier communication in this behalf, submitted on May 08, 2026. Further commenting on the commencement of the warehouse capacity expansion, Mr. Harmesh Joshi, Executive Director of the Company, stated: The commencement of commercial operations at our new warehouse marks an important milestone in the Company's infrastructure expansion strategy. This facility strengthens our integrated logistics and warehousing capabilities and enhances our ability to provide comprehensive supply chain solutions to our customers.
