Trading Window

Praxis Home Retail Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for insiders, including promoters, directors, KMPs, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, is mandated by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code. The window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date for the Board Meeting to consider these results will be intimated later.
