Notice of Board Meeting and Closure of Trading Window
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to the closure of the Trading Window and Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29
read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,
we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on
Friday, 06th November 2026, to inter-alia for the following purposes:
1. To consider, approve and take on record, Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of
the Company for the half year ended 30 September 2026.
2. Appointment of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
3. Purchase of Corporate Office premises.
4. Intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window.
Further, in terms of Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of the Company, the Trading
Window for transactions in the securities of the Company which was closed from 30th September, 2026,
shall remain closed until 08th November 2026 for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid results.
The above information will also be available to the website of the Company at https://www.cmr.co.in/.
