Subject: Outcome of Board Meeting – Approval of Capital Investment for Expansion
of Precision Engineering Business
Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Kilburn
Engineering Limited, at its meeting held on 30 October 2026, approved a capacity
expansion plan at Monga Strayfield Private Limited (“Monga”), a wholly owned subsidiary
of the Company, involving capital expenditure of up to ₹25 crore to expand its precision
engineering and manufacturing capabilities at its Pune facility. The expansion is planned
to be implemented progressively over the next six to nine months.
The investment is intended to strengthen the Group’s capabilities in precision-fabricated
enclosures and engineered assemblies for data centre infrastructure, transformer
applications and other critical power infrastructure.
Based on the envisaged product mix, utilisation levels and a combination of in-house
manufacturing and selective outsourcing, the expanded operations are estimated to
have the potential to support annual revenue of approximately ₹150 crore at scale,
compared with revenue of approximately ₹50–60 crore currently expected from the
precision engineering business in FY2026–27.
The Board also reviewed the Group’s strategy to explore additional opportunities in the
data centre infrastructure sector by leveraging the combined engineering, fabrication and
thermal management capabilities of its businesses.
The meeting commenced at 02:00 PM and concluded at 02:55 PM.
Kindly take the above information on record.
Yours faithfully,
For Kilburn Engineering Limited
