Abhushan Limited Inaugurates its First FOCO Showroom in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh Madhya Pradesh, 30th October 2026: D. P. Jewellers" brand, is pleased to announce the inauguration of its new showroom in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The showroom marks the Company’s first operational outlet under the Franchisee Owned Company Operated (FOCO) model, representing an important milestone in its retail expansion strategy & this will be the 14th Showroom under the brand D.P. Jewellers. Located at Plot Nos. 104, 110 & 111, House No. 896-1/2, Niwarganj Extension, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh - 482001, the showroom has an approximate retail area of 3,750 square feet. The new showroom expands D. P. Abhushan’s presence in Madhya Pradesh and provides the Company with an opportunity to cater to customers across Jabalpur and surrounding catchment markets. The Company intends to leverage its established brand and retail operating capabilities, together with the franchise partner’s local presence, to progressively strengthen customer outreach and brand visibility in the region. Under the FOCO arrangement, the franchise partner has funded the inventory and showroom capital expenditure, while D. P. Abhushan will manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet. The Jabalpur showroom will operate as an exclusive D. P. Abhushan outlet, with its product offering and retail operations aligned with the Company’s established framework. The arrangement follows a pre-agreed revenue-sharing structure, under which the franchise partner’s participation is linked to the sales generated by the showroom. Importantly, the Jabalpur showroom is being introduced on a pilot basis. The Company intends to closely monitor its operational performance, customer response and overall effectiveness. The learnings from this pilot will form the basis for evaluating the scalability of the FOCO model and determining its potential adoption across other markets.
