NOCIL Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated and connected persons, effective from June 30, 2026. This is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date of the Board meeting to consider these results will be announced separately.
