(wholly owned Subsidiary of GAIL) through slump sale by Execution of Business Transfer Agreement on going concern basis, with effective date of transfer as 01.01.2027. It was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 30.10.2026 which commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 02:25 p.m. This disclosure is in compliance of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
