With reference to our earlier disclosure dated 10th June, 2026 regarding the notice issued by the
Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) for the Company's Chalisgaon Plant, we wish to inform
that the Company has received a communication dated 17th June, 2026 (digitally signed on 18th June,
2026) from MPCB permitting to the restart of manufacturing activities.
Accordingly, the Company has resumed the operations at the Chalisgaon plant in line with the direction
issued by MPCB.
Kindly take the same on record.
