Ref: Disclosure pertaining to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) With reference to the captioned subject and in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, we wish to inform that Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited in association with M/s Designilla Private Limited has received the “Letter of Acceptance” from the office of DGM (Tech), National Highways Authority of India (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) Regional Office Chandigarh, the Authority and the said work covers the appointment as Supervision Consultant Services during Operation and Maintenance of four lanes with paved shoulders of Moga-Tallewal section of NH-71 (New NH-703) from km 77.950 to km 116.600 in the State of Punjab (Tender ID: 2026_NHAI_282632_1)for the contract price of Rs. 2,84,40,000/- (Rupees Two Crore Eighty-Four Lakhs Forty Thousand Only) plus GST. The Company has been appointed for the project via Letter No. NHAI/RO-CHD/2025-2026/LUD/09/68-3148 dated 29.10.2026 and received by the company on 30.10.2026. The Company is required to Furnish the Performance security deposit within 15 days of issuance of LOA. The Duration of the project is 36 Months.
