With key festivals shifting into Q3, the bulk dispatches to our LFS partners that typically take place ahead of the festive season moved into October. As a result, revenue from operations for the quarter had a slight decline of 3% to Rs. 218 crores. Our EBO channel, however, continued to grow despite the shift in festive timing, with SSSG remaining flat. The festive season has started on a good note, and we will be better placed to assess its full impact once the period concludes. Gross Margin for the quarter stood at 60.8%. The decline in GP Margins was on account of higher raw material prices, with fabric costs rising due to the geopolitical situation. We intend to pass on the raw material inflation through calibrated pricing actions, which should help restore gross margins progressively over the coming quarters. Our larger-format EBOs continue to do well and outperform the smaller stores in our network, which reinforces our conviction in this transition. In Q2, we opened 9 stores and closed 23, yet our total retail footprint increased to 4.48 lakh sq. ft. as on 30th September 2026 from 4.34 lakh sq. ft. as on 31st March 2026, as we added larger stores and enlarged existing ones wherever additional space became available. These larger stores allow us to display our full range and offer customers a significantly better in-store experience. Our brand campaign featuring Shraddha Kapoor has been well executed, and we are seeing good traction in terms of brand visibility and customer engagement across our stores and digital platforms. Together with our product refresh and influencer-led initiatives, we believe this will support stronger customer acquisition in the coming quarters. We also continued to strengthen our working capital, with inventory days improving to 94 days from 100 days at the end of Q1, supported by healthy cash flow from operations. Looking ahead, our priorities for FY27 remain unchanged: sustaining SSSG momentum, accelerating our transition to larger-format stores, refreshing our product range, and scaling our Daily Wear and international initiatives. We remain confident that these efforts will translate into stronger performance through the year. The Company continues to maintain a strong competitive strength as one of the most recognized women’s bottom wear brands, with a clear emphasis on quality, comfort, and fit. Our deep category expertise and brand recall position us well within the women’s bottom wear segment. Given the still- low penetration of organized players, the bottom wear category offers a meaningful long-term growth opportunity.” 2 Go Fashion (India) Limited Investor Release About Go Fashion (India) Limited Go Fashion (India) Limited is a women’s bottom-wear brand in India, with a market share of approximately 8% in the branded women’s bottom-wear market.
