In this regard, please note that SEBI has now passed a Final Order dated October 28, 2026 (“Final Order”) issuing a regulatory censure against ACL. Under the observations, SEBI has, inter alia, noted that no allegation of harm to investors or default by fraudulent design has been brought on record in the facts of this case.
