Closure of Trading Window

GM Breweries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This closure, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, will be effective from July 07, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the company publicly discloses its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, which are anticipated around July 11, 2026.
