Noting of Resignation Compliance Officer • The Board has accepted and noted the resignation of Ms. Ishita Mangesh Kokare (M. No. 81144) from the post of Compliance Officer of the Company and ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Friday, October 30, 2026. However, she would be continuing as the Assistant Company Secretary of the Company. • The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, as amended from time to time are given in Annexure A 2. Appointment of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer • The Board has further considered and approved the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee towards the appointment of Mr. Sarang Deshpande, (M. No.18613) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. As per the provision of Regulation 6 of SEBI (LODR) and other applicable regulations, Mr. Sarang Deshpande will be in the Whole Time Employment and designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company which shall be effective from Friday, October 30, 2026. • The detailed profile of Mr. Sarang Deshpande as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular CIR/CDF/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is annexed to this intimation as Annexure B.
