The certificate confirms that the facility meets the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements of the Mutual Recognition Agreement between the European Union and Switzerland. The Swissmedic certification builds on successful inspections of the Bengaluru facility by Brazil's ANVISA and Japan's PMDA.
