Notice for closure of Trading Window.

MSTC Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The window will be closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the company publicly announces its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading before the release of financial data.
