With reference to Query raised dated May 19, 2026, please find below Our submission –
1. Segment details not submitted
Reply - The Company is operating in only one segment; therefore, the segment-wise reporting is not
applicable. The relevant data/details pertaining to the single operating segment have already been
provided in the submitted financial results. Kindly Consider this.
2. Financial results not submitted within 30 minutes or 3 hours from the end of board meeting (as
may be applicable)
Reply - At the time of uploading the financial results on the Exchange portal, the Company encountered an
unexpected technical issue due to automatic logout of the portal, which resulted in a marginal delay in
submission. However, the financial results were duly finalized and submitted to BSE within the prescribed
timeline, and the delay was merely of 1 minutes in uploading on the portal.
We sincerely request the Exchange to kindly consider and condone the aforesaid inadvertent and
unintentional delay. The Company remains committed to ensuring timely compliance with all applicable
regulatory requirements.
3. Financial results submitted in XBRL with discrepancies Reserves excluding revaluation reserve
not mentioned in XBRL
Reply - The details relating to “Reserves excluding Revaluation Reserve” were inadvertently omitted in
the XBRL filing. The same has been duly filed on 21.05.2026. The acknowledgment of the filing is attached
for your reference.
