Pursuant to Regulation 30, read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing
Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed
that, the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Govt. of
India, vide Order No. 86/1/2017-HR-I-Part (1) (E. 32029) dated 17th June, 2026 has
entrusted the additional charge of the post of Director (Technical) to
Shri. S. Sakthimani, (DIN:07482308), Chairman and Managing Director, FACT upto
31.08.2026 or till assumption of charge by a regular incumbent, or until further
orders, whichever is earlier.
