Closure of trading window

Radha Madhav Corporation Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Employees, effective from July 1, 2026. This measure is taken in connection with the upcoming declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will subsequently reopen 48 hours after the company's financial results are made public to the stock exchanges. This is a standard compliance procedure.
