Pursuant to the execution of the SPAs, IL JIN proposed to acquire an additional 38.50% equity stake in Ascent in one or more tranches, resulting in an increase in its shareholding from 60% to 98.50%. Consequently, IL JIN will attain near-complete ownership and effective control over Ascent, which is expected to enable closer operational alignment, streamlined governance, and enhanced synergies across its subsidiaries.
