Closure of Trading Window

Black Buck Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective from July 01, 2026. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and other Insiders are prohibited from trading during this period to prevent insider trading.
