Trading Window

Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective June 24, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The measure is being taken for the finalization of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will subsequently reopen 48 hours after these financial results are publicly disclosed to the stock exchanges.
