Outcome of Postal Ballot - Results

Kajaria Ceramics Ltd announced that the Special Resolution for the buyback of up to 21,50,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 1380 per share via a tender offer has been successfully passed by its shareholders. The postal ballot results, declared on June 23, 2026, showed strong approval, with 97.82% of the total valid votes cast in favour of the resolution. This approval enables the company to proceed with its share repurchase program as planned.
