Closure of operations

UFLEX Limited has announced the closure of the trading window for its Designated Persons, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company publicly declares its unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This is a standard procedural compliance measure in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
