Arisinfra Solutions Limited has announced the allotment of 32,600 equity shares to employees who exercised their stock options under the 'Arisinfra ESOP - 2021' scheme. Approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on June 23, 2026, this allotment increases the company's issued and paid-up equity share capital to 8,17,93,846 equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each. The company had already secured in-principle approvals from both NSE and BSE for these shares, and the new shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares.
