Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 16,35,87,692/- divided into 8,17,93,846 equity shares of the face value of Rs.2/- each. The Company has already received the in-principle approval in respect of these shares from: • The National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide letter no. NSE/LIST/51483 dated November 11, 2025, for shares allotted against stock options under Arisinfra ESOP - 2021’. • BSE Limited vide letter no. DCS/ESOP/IP/RG/3880/2025-26 dated November 12, 2025 for shares allotted against stock options under Arisinfra ESOP -2021’.
