Scrip Code: 532904 Symbol: SUPREMEINF Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, vide its order dated October 28, 2026, in COMP.APPL/161(MB)2026 in C.P.(CAA)/118(MB)2024, has disposed of the application filed by the Company in relation to the Scheme of Compromise sanctioned by the Hon'ble Tribunal. The Hon'ble Tribunal has, inter alia, granted an extension up to October 31, 2026 for payment and implementation of the remaining obligations under the Scheme of Compromise. The order also records the mechanism for appropriation and release of funds through the escrow arrangement and completion of the remaining obligations by the parties in accordance with the terms of the Scheme. The Company is taking all necessary steps for implementation of the Scheme in accordance with the order of the Hon'ble Tribunal. A copy of the aforesaid order is enclosed herewith for information of the shareholders and stakeholders. Kindly take the above on record.
