Trading Window

Kriti Industries (India) Limited has announced the closure of its trading window, effective from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours post the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is mandated by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading. The restriction applies to promoters, directors, KMPs, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, with NSDL freezing relevant PANs. The company will inform the date of the Board meeting for results approval in due course.
