BlackBuck Limited has allotted 60,974 fully paid-up equity shares of Re. 1 each to identified employees under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016 and 2019, following the exercise of vested options. This allotment increases the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 18,20,77,602 to Rs. 18,21,38,576. The shares were issued at an exercise price of Re. 1 per share and will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares, resulting in a minor dilution.
