In April 2026, for the first time company used Listed Non-Convertible
Debentures (NCD) as a means of raising debt.
Within a period of 6 months i.e. from April 2026 to October 2026, there has been
a reduction of 0.80% in the Interest rate / Coupon rate at which company is
borrowing via NCDs.
Date of raising funds Amount raised Interest Rate /
