Please be informed that, pursuant to an application filed by Income Tax Department, the ITAT vide its order dated 17th September 2026 (received by Company on 28th October 2026), granted a recall and rectification of its previous order dated 19th March 2025 for Assessment Year 2020-21 related to the Company's appeal. Specifically, the ITAT acknowledged that certain grounds had remained unadjudicated in its order dated 19th March2025. The ITAT also rectified an error in its direction to the Transfer Pricing Officer by clarifying that the transfer pricing adjustment shall be recomputed by excluding, and not including, the three comparables referred to therein. Accordingly, the ITAT has modified its order dated 19th March 2025 to the aforesaid extent and directed that the matter be listed before the regular Bench for further adjudication.
