MSKA & Associates LLP (Formerly known as MSKA & Associates), Chartered Accountants, (ICAI Firm Registration No. 105047W/W101187) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) (to be held in the year 2027) until the conclusion of the 42nd AGM (to be held in the year 2032), subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company and other statutory requirements, as applicable. It is hereby submitted that M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 101248W/W-100022), the current Statutory Auditors of the Company, will continue to undertake the audit of the Company until the conclusion of the 37th Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2027.
