Om Prakash Company Secretary & Compliance Officer Encl.: a/a PRESS RELEASE Brigade Group Reports Revenue of ₹ 1250 Cr in Q2 FY27; Profit Before Tax grows 47% YoY Bengaluru, October 29, 2026: Brigade Group reported improved performance for Q2 FY27 on launch momentum picking up with real estate segment sales for the quarter of ₹ 1,827 Crores across 1.3 Mn sqft volume. Total Income for the quarter stood at ₹ 1,250 Crores in Q2 FY27, as against ₹ 1,430 Crores in Q2 FY26. The company reported a PBT of ₹ 288 Crores in Q2 FY27, registering a growth of 47% over Q2 FY26. “Q2 FY27 has been a positive quarter for Brigade Group, with healthy momentum across our businesses. Residential continues to drive growth, underpinned by sustained demand and a strong project pipeline. Customers are increasingly prioritising quality, location, larger homes and better amenities, and we continue to see resilient demand across the mid and premium segments. The festive period has further strengthened customer engagement across our residential and retail businesses. Q2 FY27 CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS  Revenue in Q2 FY27 of ₹ 1,250 Crores as against ₹ 1,430 Crores in Q2 FY26  EBITDA in Q2 FY27 of ₹ 478 Crores as against ₹ 375 Crores in Q2 FY26  PBT in Q2 FY27 of ₹ 288 Crores as against ₹ 196 Crores in Q2 FY26  PAT in Q2 FY27 of ₹ 219 Crores as against ₹ 170 Crores in Q2 FY26  Collections for Q2 FY27 stood at ₹ 1,633 Crores. Q2 FY27 SEGMENT HIGHLIGHTS REAL ESTATE Real estate revenue stood at ₹ 760 Crores. EBITDA stood at ₹ 175 Crores, an increase of 59% over Q2 FY26, with a margin of 23%. During the quarter, 2.4Mn sqft of Projects launched with a GDV of approximately ₹ 3000 Cr. LEASING During the quarter, revenue from leasing stood at ₹ 329 Crores. EBITDA stood at ₹ 242 Crores, an increase of 9% over Q2 FY26, with a margin of 74%. Occupancy stood at 90% as of September 2026. Completed two projects, viz. Brigade Square and Arcadia at Brigade Cornerstone Utopia, added 0.27 mn sqft of lease space. HOSPITALITY Hospitality revenue in Q2 FY27 stood at ₹ 161 Crores. EBITDA stood at ₹ 59 Crores, an increase of 41% over Q2 FY26, with a margin of 37%. H1 FY27 CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS  Revenue in H1 FY27 of ₹ 2,429 Crores as against ₹ 2,763 Crores in H1 FY26  EBITDA in H1 FY27 of ₹ 903 Crores as against ₹ 750 Crores in H1 FY26  PBT in H1 FY27 of ₹ 572 Crores as against ₹ 389 Crores in H1 FY26  PAT in H1 FY27 of ₹ 436 Crores as against ₹ 328 Crores in H1 FY26  Collections for H1 FY27 stood at ₹ 3,489 Crores.
