Malay Kumar Singha as Non-official Director (NoD) on the board of India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) for a period of three years. The formal process for appointment of Shri Singha is under way and Sh. Singha is yet to obtain a DIN Further, it is informed that the disclosure regarding non-debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to order of SEBI or any other such authority and the brief profile are yet to be received from him and will be provided on receipt of the same.
