Consequent to the above, and having regard to the facts and circumstances, the postal ballot process which was initiated to undertake approval from the shareholders stands cancelled with immediate effect. The electronic voting process initiated pursuant to the Postal Ballot Notice, including the Electronic Voting Event Number (EVEN - 139390) allotted for the purpose, shall stand withdrawn and cancelled. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4.25 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 5.05 P.M. (IST). We shall keep you updated as the board of directors further deliberate and decide on the matter.
