Approved the Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. In this regard, please find enclosed copies of the following: i. Statement showing the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. ii. Limited Review Report (Standalone and Consolidated) issued by the SR Batliboi & Associates LLP, Statutory Auditors on the Financial Results of the Company. Further, we would like to confirm that the Statutory Auditors have issued Limited Review Reports with unmodified opinion on the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company has made arrangement for release of the Un-Audited Financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 in the newspaper as per the requirement of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015. ,. 2. The Board has approved the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs.3.25 per equity share. The above Dividend will be paid to those shareholders as on 13th November 2026 which has been fixed as the "Record Date" for determining the members eligible to receive dividend. The expected date of disbursement of the dividend will be on or before 27th November 2026. We request you take the above on records.
