Hancock Alpha West Pty Ltd Hancock Coal Pty Ltd Hancock Galilee Pty Ltd Hancock Kevin's Corner Pty Ltd Hancock Coal Infrastructure Pty Ltd GVKCDPL is classified as an associate of GVK Power & lnfrastructure Limited ("GVKP|L") in its consolidated financial statements, in which GVKPIL holds 10% equity interest and had made investments, including through Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCPRS). The investments and receivables relating to GVKCDPL have already been fully impaired in the books of GVKPIL. The Company's exposure arising from corporate guarantees and related lenders' claims has also been disclosed in its financial statements.
