The Company had filed an application under section 154 and has received rectification order with the revised demand being INR. 1,72,14,000/-. Impact on financials, operation or other The Rectification Order has reduced the penalty amount activities of the listed entity, quantifiable in from INR. 2,06,56,802/- to INR. 1,72,14,000/-, resulting in a monetary terms to the extent possible reduction of INR. 34,42,802/-. Further, the Company has already filed appeal against the penalty order before the appropriate Authority and is hopeful of a favourable outcome at the appellate level.
