Gokak Textiles Ltd has issued a clarification in response to a BSE query regarding recent price and volume movements in its shares. The company stated that it has disclosed all necessary information as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and confirmed that there is no pending price-sensitive information, corporate action, or proposal/discussion within its knowledge that could explain the movement. It attributes the current share price movement to market forces.
