Sub: Intimation Regarding Closure of Trading Window
Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to the provisions of Securitics and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition
of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company’s code of conduct
for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, this is to inform you
that the Trading Window for trading/ dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will
remain closed from 01st July, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited
Financial Results for quarter ending 30t June, 2026. During the Closure of trading
window, all designated persons of the Company (including the immediate relatives)
have been advised not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company.
The date of the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company which will be
scheduled for approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending
30th June, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
Accordingly, all Board Members, connected Persons and designated persons are
advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of
closure of the trading window.
