Closure of Trading Window

Gilada Finance & Investments Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure, effective from July 01, 2026, will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This measure is taken to comply with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. During this period, all designated persons are prohibited from dealing in the company's equity shares. The date for the Board meeting to approve these results will be announced subsequently.
